Professionally
I am a leading international health and fitness keynote speaker, educator, and writer with over 15 years of experience. With over a decade of experience in speaking, I have been a dynamic force in the health and fitness industry, captivating audiences across the globe.
From Australia and New Zealand to Canada, Asia, and Europe, I have had the privilege of presenting at some of the most prestigious health and fitness events. I have also written for leading health and fitness publications, view my work here. I am the creator of Functional Fitness for Pregnancy & Postpartum™ and the Balance by Brooke app – for a lifetime of athleticism.
I am a tertiary-qualified nutritionist and exercise scientist, specializing in exercise and nutrition for pregnancy and motherhood. As an expert in pre and post-natal fitness, my sessions are a blend of passion, engagement, and entertainment. I pride myself on delivering content that is not only informative but also inspiring and motivating.

Personally
I am a mum of three, ocean-goer, sun-seeker, adventure enthusiast, and lover of all things health, fitness, and the great outdoors! As a busy mum to three young children, I know the challenges of balancing my own expectations and ambitions with reality. Patience, passion, drive, and determination have enabled me to achieve incredible things in this space, all while being a dedicated mum to my minis.
I am a Minang Nyoongar woman living on Ngarluma country – Karratha, in the sunny north-west of WA. I have always lived in, and love regional Western Australia. Having overcome the barriers to regional living and built a successful career in the fitness industry, I aim to inspire others. As an internationally recognized speaker and industry leader, I believe that no matter where you live—urban, regional, or remote—you can achieve great things.
Sport, fitness, adventure, and an active lifestyle have been integral to my life from a very young age. My parents, who continue to be my incredible role models, instilled these values in me. Choosing a career in fitness and health was a natural decision, driven by my lifelong passion.

A decade ago when I began my preconception journey & then fell pregnant, I wanted the confidence to keep training in the gym, to continue moving in a way that I enjoy. Despite my prior knowledge, experience, and years in the industry, I’d never carried a pregnancy before so I set out to gain the confidence and clarity around pre and post natal exercise.
All I found was either outdated, unreputable, or not empowering me to move in a way that I enjoyed. It was all ‘sit on a fit ball and do bicep curls’. There was nothing to clear up the confusion and provide clarity on training during this season.
If I felt like that, surely others did too?
From then I made it my mission to create resources to educate and empower women, and exercise professionals working with women, on effective and enjoyable exercise for pregnancy and motherhood. For the women who love to lift, run, sweat, play sport, and keep active.
And now, here I am, doing just that! And you can too! Join me and gain internationally recognised pre and post natal certification.

I have trained hundreds of women through their single, twin and even quad pregnancies, post partum journeys and into grandparenthood.
As a mother of three I have navigated my pregnancy and post partum journeys following the exact principles that I teach in my Functional Fitness for Pregnancy and PostPartum course™.
I know that no one journey is the same. I pride myself on being Australia’s leading expert in exercise for pregnancy and motherhood - no matter how far into the ‘hood a woman is.
