Hello, I’m Brooke! A leading and award winning international health & fitness educator, speaker and writer with over 15 years experience.

As a lifelong athlete and mum of three, with lived experience and endless passion for this area, I am on a mission to educate and empower women, and exercise professionals working with women, everywhere, on effective and enjoyable exercise for pregnancy and motherhood.
